Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Marriage Hall application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

Marriage Hall is a matrimonial application designed to help adults discover matrimonial prospects, view profiles, search according to preferences, and communicate with other users.

Eligibility

Marriage Hall is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

You must provide truthful information about your age and identity. If we discover that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may remove or permanently disable that account.

User Accounts

Some features of Marriage Hall require you to create an account and provide information necessary to establish your profile.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Keep your profile information reasonably up to date.
• Use only your own account.
• Keep your account information reasonably secure.
• Notify us if you believe your account is being used without authorization.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account.

Profile Information

Marriage Hall allows users to create matrimonial profiles containing information such as name, age, gender, profile photo, preferences, and other information voluntarily provided by the user.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information and photographs you add to your profile are accurate and that you have the necessary rights to use them.

You must not create a profile that intentionally impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity, age, or other important personal information.

Acceptable Use

Marriage Hall is provided for legitimate matrimonial purposes and respectful communication between adult users.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Commit or facilitate any unlawful activity.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or marital status.
• Defraud, deceive, or financially exploit another user.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another person.
• Upload or distribute illegal or harmful content.
• Use another person's photographs or identity without authorization.
• Spam users or send unwanted commercial messages.
• Attempt to bypass blocking, reporting, or other safety features.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or information.

User Conduct

Users are expected to communicate respectfully and responsibly. Marriage Hall does not tolerate harassment, threats, exploitation, abusive behavior, or interactions involving minors.

You must not request, encourage, or facilitate inappropriate interactions involving anyone under the age of 18.

Users should exercise appropriate caution when communicating with people they meet through the App and should independently verify information before making important personal, financial, or matrimonial decisions.

Messaging

Marriage Hall may provide messaging and communication features that allow users to communicate with other users.

You are responsible for the messages and information you send. Do not use messaging features to harass, threaten, scam, impersonate, or otherwise harm another user.

Marriage Hall does not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, accuracy of information, or conduct of any individual user.

Blocking and Reporting

Marriage Hall provides tools that allow users to block or report other users. You should use these tools whenever you encounter behavior that violates these Terms & Conditions or creates a safety concern.

Reports may be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken based on the circumstances and available information. Such action may include removing content, restricting an account, suspending an account, or permanently terminating an account.

Content

You retain ownership of the personal information, photographs, messages, and other content that you submit to Marriage Hall, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the App.

By submitting content to Marriage Hall, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable laws or the rights of another person.

You grant Marriage Hall a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, display, and transmit your submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide the App's features and services.

Subscriptions

Marriage Hall may offer optional paid subscriptions that provide an ad-free experience.

Subscription purchases are processed through the Google Play billing system. Available plans, prices, duration, and payment information are displayed through Google Play and within the App before purchase.

The available ad-free plans may include one-month, two-month, and three-month prepaid plans. These plans provide the ad-free benefit for the applicable purchased period.

Prepaid plans do not automatically renew unless Google Play explicitly indicates otherwise for a particular product. Once the applicable prepaid period expires, the ad-free benefit may end unless another eligible purchase is made.

Payments, refunds, cancellations, and other billing matters are subject to the applicable Google Play terms and policies.

Marriage Hall does not receive or store your Google Play payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Google Play.

Advertising

The free version of Marriage Hall may display advertisements provided through third-party advertising and mediation partners.

Advertising services may collect or process certain information according to their own privacy policies and applicable consent requirements. Details about information collection and third-party services are described in our Privacy Policy.

Users who purchase an eligible ad-free subscription may receive an advertising-free experience for the applicable subscription period.

Account Suspension/Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or our community safety requirements.

We may also take action when necessary to protect users, the App, or the integrity and security of our services.

You may stop using Marriage Hall and delete your account at any time through the available account-deletion options in the App or by contacting us.

Account termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should continue after termination.

Limitation of Liability

Marriage Hall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the App, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

Marriage Hall is a platform for discovering and communicating with matrimonial prospects. We do not guarantee that you will find a compatible match, enter into a marriage, or achieve any particular personal or matrimonial outcome through use of the App.

You are responsible for your interactions and decisions involving other users. You should use appropriate judgment and take reasonable precautions when communicating with or meeting people discovered through the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marriage Hall shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our services, legal requirements, or other operational requirements.

When changes are made, we may update the "Last updated" date on this page and may provide additional notice through the App where appropriate.

Your continued use of Marriage Hall after updated Terms & Conditions become effective means that you acknowledge the updated terms.
